Cristina Paoletta offers dynamic bands from a Jazz trio to a 6-8 piece band in a motown/jazz/r&b/soul show. Cristina has proudly served and built a solid reputation creating successful events for Rogers, Estee Lauder, Fallsview Casino, Sick Kids Hospital and many more. Cristina Paoletta is a force to be reckoned with. With her last name pronounced "pow", you will see this power house performing the national anthems at Toronto Blue Jay, Argonaut or Raptor games or proudly representing Canada in the North American Karaoke Championships in Nashville. In her recent CD "Skin the Apple", Cristina worked closely with co-writer/producer Steve Revington and grammy award winning producer, John Jones (Celine Dion, Duran Duran). Cristina has chalked up a respectable list of appearances in a variety of venues from City TV's "Breakfast Television" to Rogers "Daytime Show", the NewPls "The Morning Show", on stage at the C.N.E, on stage at musical theatre and as a headliner on Airtours' Mediterranean cruise: "MS Sundream".
Most recently, she has been singing back-up for the band "Glass Tiger" and is loving it. Some accolades include: recipient of the Italian/Canadian Youth Achievement Award and a top ten finalist in Mix 99.9 songwriting contest. Her influences are wide from classical, jazz, R&B, rock and Broadway. She can sing you an aria, a rock tune, a Broadway belt or a standard. Her own music can be described as soulful and she can put together a two piece to an orchestra for any occasion.
